In Queensland, we operate 114 KFC outlets and we operate 26 Sizzler restaurants in Australia.

In Australia, it all began in 1968 when Jim Collins accepted the franchise for Queensland and the first KFC Restaurant opened in July 1969 at Kedron, Brisbane.

In 1984, Jim Collins was visiting Brisbane and together with Australian staff, decided to try a Sizzler Restaurant here. The first Sizzler Restaurant in Australia was established in July 1985 at Annerley, Brisbane.
