Customer Privacy Notice
In the following notice, "we", "our" or "us" means Collins Foods Group. Personal Information means any information that can be identified about an individual (not a business).We recognise the trust you put in us when you supply us with your personal information. By way of assurance to all Customers, each employee of the Collins Foods has signed a Privacy Agreement to ensure that our privacy obligations are complied with.
The purpose of this notice is to also make sure that you are aware of a range of matters relating to our ongoing collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
The personal information that we collect, from December 21, 2001, about you will only be collected with your consent AFTER you have been informed of the purposes and consequences of providing this information.
Examples of the customary purposes for which information may be used or disclosed are:
Registering a Customer complaint to resolve issues; Improving services and product quality from Customer feedback; Administering Insurance claims; Entering competitions/promotions; Informing valued Customers of special offers.
The Privacy Policy confirms that you can access your personal information which is already held by us. Should any of your personal information by incorrect, you may have the opportunity to correct it.
There are, however, some circumstances where you may be denied access to your information. Our Privacy Officer will advise if any of these circumstances apply.
You can request, in writing to the Privacy Officer, access to the Collins Foods Privacy Policy, access and correction of your personal information and complaints on handling of your personal information.
Supplier Privacy Notice
In the following notice, "we", "our" or "us" means Collins Foods Group. By way of assurance to all Suppliers, each employee of Collins Foods has signed a Privacy Agreement to ensure that our privacy obligations are complied with.

Employee Privacy Notice

Customers and Suppliers also place their trust in us when they supply their personal information.
Collins Foods must now comply with amendments made to the Privacy Act, 1988 (Cth) which took effect on 21 December 2001. In order to fulfil our responsibilities, we need your commitment to ensure the correct use, disclosure and protection of ALL personal information collected.
By way of assurance to all Employees, Customers and Suppliers of Collins Foods that these privacy obligations will be complied with, all employees must sign a Privacy Agreement. We will also ensure that external parties, which handle personal information on our behalf, comply with the level of policy standards we have requested.
The purpose of this Notice is to also make sure that you are aware of a range of matters relating to our ongoing collection, use and disclosure of personal information about you, our Customers and Suppliers.
The personal information we collect about YOU, is primarily used for the function and activities of employment. This information is further used for the purposes of taxation, assistance agency (Government agencies – such as Centrelink) or superannuation administration.
Only when requested in writing will we disclose consented information to third parties, i.e. Credit References, Accountants, Recruitment Agencies – even then we will only confirm or deny information they have received from yourselves.
